Note: Please plan the timing of your Catalina activities accordingly. For those taking the company-booked Catalina Flyer out of Newport Beach, it arrives at approximately 8:45 a.m. and departs at 4:30 p.m. If you're taking any other method of transportation, take special note of your arrival and departure times, which may differ.

Employees who don’t live in the Southern California area will need to make travel arrangements through any of the listed travel agents at our company-approved travel agency, Lagniappe Travel Services.

This year’s event is set for Friday, July 26, 2024.
Please respond no later than July 8, 2024, even if you do not plan on attending. We use this data for payroll purposes and to determine who receives a Grubhub gift card to cover lunch.
Those who do not respond by July 8 will not receive a Grubhub gift card.
The RSVP period has now ended.
Employees not attending will be required to work or take PTO.
If you wish to make changes to your RSVP or preferred method of transportation, please reach out to Vanessa Parra directly.
Transportation to the Island
- • The Catalina Flyer out of Newport Beach is back in action! Please note, the ship is now departing from Newport at 7:30 a.m., so please plan to arrive at the boat by 7:00 a.m. Tickets for the Flyer will be on a first come, first-served basis.
- • For any persons departing or returning from a port different than Newport Beach, we recommend you purchase your ticket as soon as possible. They will sell out! Click the links below to book your preferred alternative transportation.
